Mise En Place

In business for over 20 years, MaryAnn Ferenc and Marty Blitz own this hip, urban food center in downtown Tampa Mise en Place. Humble and ohso creative, Chef Marty has been heralded across the country and especially in his hometown. We're happy he's at the Manhattan-worthy Mise (local slang, pronounced "MEEZ"), practicing his brand of nouveau cuisine that always over delivers.
