Acho BrotherLatin/Folk This duo pumps out an upbeat, rootsy, folk sound teeming with a Spanish-Latin vibe. Acho Brother knows how to stir up a room with their aggressive rhythms and Florida-hot song-writing centered around the vigorous drumming and acoustic guitar-playing of Hector Mayoral and Zak Byrd. They've got a few albums up for grabs and those of you who dig the world beats will surely get a satisfying fix on these local gurus. Vocals sway in and out between English and Espanol just as much as the throbbing tempos.
