Minimalist glitch-pop that's sample-heavy and layered with notes of lo-fi quirkiness, abstract hip hop influences, and random elements of whimsy. On the surface, Cerulean seems almost overwhelmingly playful and lighthearted, but it's also riddled with more subversive, somber moments of ghostly ambiance, and the combination of these dueling aesthetics makes it surprisingly intriguing and catchy as hell.
