P IS FOR PANDA has announced the cover art and track listing of the digital release of Lauris Vidal's Better Part EP and his co-headline tour with label mate Andy Shauf.

Renowned for his unconventional self-made Instruments (which include a cigar box ukulele, an electric guitar, a tenor banjo, lap steels, and a lap steel bass – all of which are made out of 300 year old Cypress barn wood found on his family’s farm) Vidal's high-energy yet infectious nature is apparent both on and off stage, and roots back to his rural Florida upbringing. Now residing full time on the road, Vidal'smusic continues to reflect the unique, deep, swampy, sunshine roots of his heritage.

Canadian native Shauf, embarks on his second US tour with Lauris Vidal following his six-week national tour with Chris Staples (Discover America/238) in the spring. Shauf recently spent a Saturday afternoon recording a new EP entitled, Waiting for the Sun to Leave, that will be available in late September.

Lauris Vidal's Better Part EP will be available on all digital platforms on Sept. 21st.
