Trash pop duo The Gay Blades are getting ready to head out on the road in support of their sophomore release Savages, which was released October 5th via Triple Crown/ILG.
Savages is an eclectic mix of songs, which cannot be defined by any one genre, but does pay homage to artists such as the Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Adam Ant, Spoon, Wilco and Weezer. USA Today included Savages in their Fall Music Preview and raved TGB bring "an eclectic mix of punk and alt-rock to their sophomore album," while Beyond Race Magazine goes on to say the band makes "undeniable catchy pop perversions."
